Even, fast, favorable for the spectators

The fast, even and allover asphalted course of 21,1 km length leads through the city of St. Wendel with three turns. Marathon runners make the 21,1 km circuit twice. New the course will be run in the opposite direction as 2007 in order to make it more convenient for the runners.

Due to its particular design, the course is extremely motivating and favorable for the spectators. The participants are always aware of the development of the race due to the turns that bring them back, and the spectators can easily follow the race. Music bands and moderators are cheering along the course.

And then the arrival : every participant is welcomed as a winner on a red carpet by cheerleaders.
